The Blom-Singer® NASAL SEPTAL PERFORATION PROSTHESIS consists of 2 components each with a double flange
The neodymium magnets provide a strong, reliable hold and are safely covered by precisely moulded medical silicone
As both flanges have the same shape and the same diameter, the mobility of the prosthesis is minimised and achieves the best possible fit to the nasal septum perforation
The comfortable fit of the prosthesis avoids uncomfortable foreign body sensation for the patient and reduces the accumulation of secretion residues and bleeding
If the size or shape of the septal defect changes over time, it may be necessary to change the size of the Blom-Singer® NASAL SEPTAL PERFORATION PROSTHESIS, this possible without any problems
